Yunkai Xu (徐 云楷) is currently pursuing a master's degree in MS Informatics at Penn State University.
He completed the undergraduate degree in Industrial Design at the School of Computer Science and Technology at Zhejiang University. During this time, his advisors were Prof. Wang Guanyun (王 冠云) and Dr. Wei Xiang (向 为).
His research interests encompass Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Human-AI Collaboration, and Design. He seeks to understand user behaviors and expectations in real-world scenarios to create AI systems that enhance various human-AI collaboration. Additionally, he is also interested in design and fabrication, focusing on how emerging technologies can be used to innovate manufacturing processes and improve design workflows.
